Professor Haishan Wu serves as the honorary President of Columbia China.
Prof. Wu is one of China’s most well-known orthopaedic surgeons with 30 years of experience in the Chinese public health system. Prior to joining Columbia China, Prof. Wu serves as the Deputy President of Shanghai Changzheng Orthopaedic Hospital and Chief in Joint Surgery Department. In addition, he also served in various international and domestic professional groups within the orthopaedics specialty field, including the founding director of Shanghai Joint Surgery Association. He currently serves as vice committee director of Chinese Doctors Association and China Medical Association Joint Surgery Department. He has published more than 100 papers and 4 books on orthopaedic surgery, and served as an editor for various professional journals.
Professor Wu graduated from the Second Military Medical University of PLA, Shanghai.
